Winefest Canmore invites guests to the mountains for a rare opportunity to explore a curated collection of quality wines. Paired with chef-driven hors d’oeuvres and framed by sweeping alpine views, this all-inclusive wine event is designed to elevate the palate at new heights.

WINEFEST CANMORE – THE DETAILS 

Winefest Canmore will feature wines from countries around the globe, highlighting much loved wine regions such as Burgundy, Bordeaux, Brunello, Rioja and Duoro to name a few.

  • Each wine exhibitor table will feature a specific country and/or wine region (ex. France, Bordeaux)
  • The table can feature one winery or a selection of wines from different wineries from that country.
  • Exhibitors will be provided
    • One 4’ black skirted table
    • A sign to showcase the wine country (and region if specific)
    • A spittoon
    • An ice bucket for chilling wine with complimentary ice service
  • We ask that you do not bring any decorations, or branded tablecloths. Small holders to display your wines and information sheets will be accepted.
  • Each table will be provided two exhibitor passes for each session.

Wine Booth Prices:

  • Per Wine Table – A $500 deposit will be required once participation has been confirmed (+ taxes & fees). A portion of the deposit will be refunded once the event has been successfully completed. 
  • Each exhibitor can submit an application, providing the wine region and wines they would like to highlight as well as some alternative options. Once submitted Winefest will reach out to discuss the wines and the region. Participation is subject to approval based on the wine region, and availability (limited availability for each wine country and/or region).
  • Each table may feature up to 5 wines from the same country and/or region.

Event Timeline:

  • Friday, February 13, 2026

    • Exhibitor Setup: 3:00PM – 6:00PM
    • Consumer Tasting #1: 7:00PM – 10:00PM

  • Saturday, February 14, 2026

    • Saturday Afternoon – Hold for additional Winefest programming
    • Consumer Tasting #2: 6:00PM – 9:00PM
    • Exhibitor Post-Event Mixer: 9:00PM – 11:00PM

The fine print

  • Winefest is an 18+ event. No minors are permitted. Government-issued photo ID for ALL staff is required.
  • Winefest is an all-inclusive wine only event.
  • All wine must be ordered through preferred supplier. 
  • Please note additional displays, large banners, branded table cloths or decorations are not permitted at Winefest. 
  • Exhibitors working are not permitted to consume alcohol while at the event with the exception of a small taste of each wine for quality testing. 
  • All staff must be pro-serve certified. 
  • Table fees are 100% non-refundable. A portion of the booth fees will be reimbursement once the successful completion of the event. 
  • By registering for Winefest, you give consent to Dunollie Castle Productions Inc. to use your company’s social media and website pictures for event marketing purposes. Usage is not guaranteed
