2026 Canmore - Wine exhibitor registration

Each exhibitor is asked to complete an application, providing the wine region and wines they would like to highlight as well as some alternative options. Once submitted RMWFF will reach out to discuss the wines and the region. Participation is subject to approval based on the wine region, and availability (limited availability for each wine country). Upon submitting a completed registration form or signed contract, participating Exhibitors acknowledge and accept the Event Terms & Conditions linked below. Violation of the Terms & Conditions will result in immediate closure of an Exhibitor Booth and potentially a fine. Please read carefully.

Please acknowledge that each table will include wines from only one country and/or specific region.
Do you acknowledge that you understand the terms for displays, signs, giveaways and promotions? See additional notes below.
Please note that additional displays and signs for wine exhibitors are not permitted at Winefest. Wine exhibitors may decorate their tables using printed tablecloths or small, tasteful décor items only. Food and promotional exhibitors are allowed extra signage and decoration, but they must be pre-approved by Winefest Management. Please check with Winefest management about any giveaways or promotional items intended for consumers as some items are restricted, including branded promotional bags.
Liability Insurance (including Liquor Liability) - Due to organizers by February 1st, 2026?
All exhibitors must provide a certificate of general liability insurance in the amount of $3,000,000 (three million dollars), including liquor liability in the amount of $2,000,000 (two million) to participate in events by Dunollie Castle Productions. ‘Dunollie Castle Productions’ must be named as an additionally insured. Please acknowledge this requirement by checking the box.
Does Winefest have permission to use imagery/content obtained through the brand’s channels, including website and social media?
