winefest 2025 - wine exhibitors

Winefest is an all-inclusive wine only event featuring wines from around the globe including fruit, sparkling, dessert and fortified wine. 

Each wine booth may have up to eight (8) wines total, from up to two (2) wineries.

Winefest Calgary

We are currently seeking alternative options for Calgary. Dates for 2025 are TBD. 

Winefest provides wine exhibitors with the following:

  • Booth space with one skirted 8’ table 
  • A 3’ X 2’ sign displaying the showcased winery name and country of origin
  • Complimentary Ice service
  • Water jug
  • Booth Servicing (spittoon & water jug emptying service)
  • Bus pan for chilling wine
  • Glasses for tasting wine before serving
  • Exhibitor name badges     

Exhibitors are responsible for their own 

  • Pour Spouts
  • Spittoons                                       
  • Parking (Not available through the venue in Edmonton)
  • Small table decorations (no large banners will be allowed) 

Please note that additional displays and signs for wine exhibitors are not permitted at Winefest. Wine exhibitors may decorate their tables using printed tablecloths or small, tasteful décor items only.

Food and promotional exhibitors are allowed extra signage and decoration, but they must be pre-approved by Winefest Management. Please check with Winefest management about any giveaways or promotional items intended for consumers as some items are restricted, including branded promotional bags. 

The fine print

  • Winefest is an 18+ event. No minors are permitted. Government-issued photo ID for ALL staff is required.
  • Winefest is an all-inclusive wine only event.
  • All wine must be ordered through Sobeys Liquor (at cost +8%). 
  • Please note additional displays and large banners are not permitted at Winefest (small tasteful table decor items only) 
  • Exhibitors working are not permitted to consume alcohol while at the event with the exception of a small taste of each wine for quality testing. 
  • All staff must be pro-serve certified. 
  • Booth fees are refundable up to 50% if Winefest is provided with written notice at least 60 days prior to the event. Any cancelations made within 60 days of the event dates are 100% non-refundable. 
  • By registering for Winefest, you give consent to Dunollie Castle Productions Inc. to use your company’s social media and website pictures for event marketing purposes. Usage is not guaranteed.
