Winefest is an all-inclusive event, featuring wine and a selection of food and promotional exhibitors.  All food exhibitors must provide a small, one bite sized sample of their product.

Winefest Calgary

We are currently seeking alternative options for Calgary. Dates for 2025 are TBD. 

Pricing for food exhibitors:

  • Food booth: $300 (+ taxes & fees)

Winefest provides food exhibitors with the following:

  • Booth space with one 8’ skirted table for front of booth
  • One unskirted 6’ table for prep in back of booth
  • A 3’ X 2’ sign stating the company/brand name
  • Exhibitor name badges
  • Access to sink station *Temporary Hand wash station inside booths are still required 

Exhibitors are responsible for their own:

  • Temporary hand-wash station for inside the booth (AHS requirement for all food exhibitors)
  • Compostable serving utensils and napkins
  • Garage bins for inside your booth
  • Electricity (Can be purchased through the venue if needed)
  • Parking (Not available through the venue in Edmonton)
  • Chairs (Although these are not recommended) 

Food and promotional exhibitors are allowed extra signage and decoration, but they must be pre-approved by Winefest Management. Please check with Winefest management about any giveaways or promotional items intended for consumers as some items are restricted, including branded promotional bags.

    • Exhibitor Move-In: 9:00AM – 1:00PM
    • Private Industry Tasting: 2:00PM – 5:00PM
    • Exhibitor Buffet: 5:15PM – 6:15PM
    • Consumer Tasting #1: 6:30PM – 10:00PM
  • Saturday, February 15, 2025

    • Consumer Tasting #2: 1:30PM – 5:00PM
    • Exhibitor Buffet: 5:15PM – 6:15PM
    • Consumer Tasting #3: 6:30PM – 10:00PM
    • Exhibitor Move-Out: 10:00PM – 12:00AM

The fine print

  • Winefest is an 18+ event. No minors are permitted. Government-issued photo ID for ALL staff is required.
  • Winefest is an all-inclusive event.
  • All Exhibitors serving food must complete an AHS form and bring a temporary hand wash station onsite for inside their booth.
  • Exhibitors are not permitted to eat the hors d’oeuvres/food items at the event. These items are reserved for consumers attending the event. An exhibitor buffet will be provided each day in between the sessions (5:15pm-6:15pm). 
  • Booth fees are refundable up to 50% if Winefest is provided with written notice at least 60 days prior to the event. Any cancelations made within 60 days of the event dates are 100% non-refundable. 
  • By registering for Winefest, you give consent to Dunollie Castle Productions Inc. to use your company’s social media and website pictures for event marketing purposes. Usage is not guaranteed.
